The Lufkin Economic Development / 4B Corporation will hold a Special Called Meeting at 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in the Council Chambers of Lufkin City Hall, 300 East Shepherd Avenue, Lufkin, Texas.

AGENDA

1. Open meeting.
2. Welcome of visitors.

PUBLIC COMMENT 
Citizens may speak on any posted agenda item, not to exceed three (3) minutes total. Committee members will not respond during the public comment section but will take your comments into consideration during their deliberations.

3. Approval of Minutes of the Special Called Meeting March 19, 2026.
4. Discuss and consider action to approve the proposed FY 2027 LEDC Budget.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

5. Discussion regarding proposed Economic Development incentives to include Project Victory, Project Bulls Eye, Project Trinity, Project Hydro, and Project Sled Rider authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551.087 which provides for the same. No formal action is scheduled.
6. Adjourn.
